Some small and medium businesses have no internal IT function and need a project delivered end to end. Others already have capable people and need extra hands, a specialist workstream, or a second view. NovaStak can work either way. Strategy and assessments that are not a delivery project belong under IT consultancy.
Project questions
How is an IT project different from managed IT?
A project has a defined outcome, plan and handover. Managed IT is ongoing support and administration. We can deliver either, or both together.
Can you work with our internal IT team or another supplier?
Yes. Projects can be delivered independently or alongside an existing internal IT team or other technology partners, where the scope and access make that workable.
Is the free consultation the same as a paid project?
No. The free conversation is to understand the problem and whether we can help. A project is scoped work with a defined output.
