NovaStak is founder-led. You speak to the people who do the work, and someone is accountable when it matters.
NovaStak Ltd is based in Northamptonshire and works with small and medium businesses across the UK that need an outsourced IT function.
How we work
Close enough to know the environment
A large service desk can look impressive on a website. In practice it often means a new technician every time, and nobody who remembers how you work. We would rather be known by the small and medium businesses we look after.
Strong technical knowledge
Microsoft 365, identity, devices, cybersecurity, cloud, networking and backups, the systems most small and medium businesses already run.
Cloud-first, in practical terms
We start from Microsoft 365 and modern device management. We do not sell a server just because that is what has always been sold.
Direct accountability
If something is wrong, you are not starting again on a new ticket. The people who took you on still own the outcome.
Practical technical guidance
If a simpler fix will do, that is what we say. We explain the trade-offs in language a director can act on.
Built for the long term
Documentation and a known environment matter more than a noisy first month. We plan the work so it still makes sense a year later.

The company is led by the person who still does the technical work.
E. Emmanuel founded NovaStak Ltd so small and medium businesses have an IT partner they can speak to directly. He has more than 18 years of hands-on IT experience, including senior infrastructure and Microsoft 365 work in both in-house IT and managed service environments, covering Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server and multi-site networking.
NovaStak offers that experience in the work you actually need done: managed IT, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud, networking and defined projects. Advice comes from someone who has already run these systems, and the same person stays responsible for the outcome.
He holds an MSc in Engineering Management and a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from Middlesex University, London, with personal qualifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, cybersecurity, Cisco networking, ITIL and TOGAF. The work stays hands-on: Microsoft 365, devices, security, networking and the day-to-day support that keeps small and medium businesses moving. When you book a consultation, you are not passed through layers of account management.

In practice
What that looks like week to week
Most work is remote. We visit when a printer, a switch or an office job needs us on site. We listen before we recommend a rebuild. If you already have a capable person on site, we can work alongside them.

Most of our work is with companies that need managed IT. We also provide home technology for Wi-Fi, CCTV and smart home systems. Same standard of work, different setting.
